Our company concept began to form in 2019 when founders saw a major opportunity for businesses in the marketplace.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

John Lukens

VP of Operations

John holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Millikin University and an MBA / MSM from Purdue University. He is a retired Vice President of a global Fortune 50 Corporation and possesses specialized expertise in Operations, Finance, and Strategic Modeling. Post retirement, John engages in small business consulting, and has acquired a number residential and commercial real estate holdings. He enjoys watching all sports and loves being outdoors.

JC Lukens

CEO/CFO

JC holds a degree in Economics from DePauw University and an MS in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Before cofounding Summit National, JC was a sales consultant for marketing agencies in Cincinnati, OH and Los Angeles, CA. He has also served as a strategic analyst for a team of benefits consultants, and a financial analyst for a real estate investment firm. JC enjoys spending time out on the lake with his dog Buster.

Vince Eads

Cofounder/President of Sales

Vince was an All-American pole vaulter at Vincennes University, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Biomedical Electronics. He then earned a BS in Business Administration at Indiana State University. Vince started his career in financial services as a Registered Representative. He has since become an entrepreneur, owning and operating his own businesses for over 30 years. His experience includes financial sales, construction and real estate development. Vince enjoys spending time working on small projects with his son Beau.

Rich Hardesty

Cofounder

Rich holds a degree in marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His career began in the music industry. Rich produced a hit album from his dorm room at IU, and has since built his accomplishments in music and business simultaneously. He has provided brand marketing services for his sponsors, including companies such as Jägermeister and Ovation Guitars. Most recently, Rich served as an elite distributor and independent global business owner with LifeVantage Corporation. Rich still enjoys producing and performing music, and hosts concerts from time to time.
